Overview
Position Summary: The Sr Director Supply Chain - COE is a critical leadership role responsible for leading the development and implementation of Supplier Risk Management across all Regal Rexnord business segments of Regal Rexnord’s global spend of approximately $3.2B. The role focuses on Supply Chain Risk Management and total cost performance in sourcing and supplier management, supporting standardization of policies and procedures to improve value and efficiency. The position collaborates with global supply chain teams, segment and corporate leaders to develop strategic plans and actions, and to support projects that ensure performance targets are met. The role partners in establishing and deploying standard processes, policies and procedures, with compliance focus on supplier risk mitigation.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide strategic leadership by setting the vision, strategy, and objectives for Supplier Risk Management covering an annual spend of approximately $3.2B.
- Deploy programs that protect the organization, mitigate risk, minimize supply chain interruptions, protect brand and corporate image, and meet customer requirements while following applicable laws and regulations.
- Establish and maintain policies, program requirements, procedures, processes, and risk performance measures to drive effective and efficient risk management across the supplier life cycle.
- Govern procurement policy, including contracting agreements and compliance, in partnership with Legal.
- Establish annual goals and objectives, including stretch targets for the function/team and manage individual performance to ensure attainment.
- Drive enterprise standard for sourcing and supply chain cost management performance across segments.
- Develop and maintain program tools and templates to document, manage, advise, and report on supplier risk and adherence to SRM policies.
- Provide training and guidance on the SRM program, including supplier classification framework, supplier risk profiles, and the SRM system of record.
- Promote SRM framework adherence through collaboration with supplier relationship owners in supplier management and monitoring, issue management, and risk assessment activities.
- Implement and drive process consistency and cross-business collaboration through sourcing strategies and councils that result in supplier consolidation and leverage opportunities across global businesses.
- Oversee ongoing management, leadership, and development of the global supply chain center of excellence resources and deliverables.
- Build and maintain solid relationships with global strategic supply chain partners to ensure period-over-period process improvements.
- Foster Regal Rexnord vision, mission, values and policies, improving and reducing risks within operations.
- Promote a culture of continuous improvement, transparency and performance.
- Other duties as assigned.
Professional Experience / Qualifications
- Bachelor of Science in supply chain management, engineering, or industrial management; MBA in supply chain management or related field desirable.
- Proven track record of 10-15 years in progressive supply chain leadership, with at least 7 years of leadership experience.
- Experience with development of supply chains for export and participation on global leadership teams; manufacturing experience and APICS certification preferred.
- Experience implementing continuous improvement tools; Lean/Six-Sigma Master Black Belt and Lean experience across multiple environments.
- Ability to support multifaceted business requirements; comfortable in a results-oriented environment with broad business requirements.
- 40/20/80 rules experience and business and operational segmentation.
- Strong leadership with the ability to communicate, influence, and drive results at all levels.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to generate accurate data and reports for data-driven decisions.
- Ability to develop trusted relationships internally and externally.
- Excellent presentation, verbal and written communication skills.
- High personal initiative, energy and ownership of business results.
- Strong computer skills: Microsoft Office applications.

Up to 30%
Expected Base Salary Range
$155,000 - $240,000
The salary range reflects base pay; final offer depends on location, experience, education, and internal compensation considerations.
