Direct and manage elite event agencies, ensuring they deliver on time, on budget, and above expectations. Financial Stewardship (15%):
Oversee large-scale event budgets, maximizing ROI without compromising on the "wow" factor. Strategic Influence (5%):
Craft and present compelling event strategies to senior leadership, acting as the subject matter expert for live brand engagement. Data-Driven Results (5%):
Define KPIs and deliver comprehensive post-event analysis to prove impact and inform future growth. Agile Support (15%):

4-7 years
of experience specifically focused on developing and executing major, high-profile events. The Vision:
You have a proven ability to use events as a lever for business and brand growth, not just "parties" but strategic marketing tools. The Leadership:
