We are seeking a highly driven and strategic Marketing Manager to build and lead
the marketing department of a U.S.-based construction and real estate company from the ground up.. This role goes beyond execution—it requires
someone who can create structure, define processes, and position our brand as a
premium, luxury builder in the market.

Key Responsibilities Strategic Growth & Marketing Leadership
Build and develop the company’s marketing department, including processes,
tools, and workflows
Conduct competitive analysis and market research to identify positioning
Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy aligned with business
goals
Brand Awareness & Positioning
Elevate and position the brand as a luxury builder across all channels
Ensure a consistent, high-end aesthetic and messaging across digital platforms
Proactively recommend improvements to brand identity (e.g., social media presence, visual storytelling, Instagram highlights)
Create and manage engaging content for social media platforms, with a strong focus on TikTok and Instagram Reels
Maintain a content calendar and meet weekly deliverables independently
Leverage existing photo and video assets efficiently before requesting new production
Qualifications
Expertise in Marketing Strategy, Campaign Development, and Brand Management
Strong proficiency in Digital Marketing, Social Media Management, and SEO
Experience with Content Development, Copywriting, and Visual Storytelling
Ability to analyze marketing data, measure ROI, and optimize strategies
Proven leadership skills and experience managing cross-functional teams
Exceptional communication, organizational, and project management skills
Familiarity with marketing tools such as Google Analytics, CRM platforms, and automation software
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field; advanced degree preferred
Experience in working within a remote or distributed team environment is a plus
