As a Recruiter at Dutch Bros Coffee, you are responsible for serving our hiring teams, including both corporate and roasting, by providing full-cycle recruitment strategies, identifying, tracking, and funneling top talent, and ensuring that the quality of our hires continues to uphold Dutch Bros' core values and cultural standards. Additionally, this role is entrusted with providing a consistent and high-quality experience for our applicants and hiring managers, serving as talent advisors. The ideal Recruiter has a passion for people and supporting the growth of Dutch Bros. This person should be able to work in a highly collaborative environment, be adaptable, and feel excited to engage and adapt to new processes. Key Result Areas

Undertake the multifaceted responsibilities of talent acquisition, encompassing inclusive recruitment strategies, screening, interviewing, and resourceful sourcing of candidates: Lead the recruitment process for the assigned area(s) of business Serve as a representative and advocate of Dutch Bros Coffee to all potential prospects Manage all systems and processes related to applicant tracking within the ATS and area of responsibility Actively source passive candidates through platforms such as the CRM and LinkedIn Recruiter, while simultaneously creating external and internal talent pipelines Effectively maintain the pre-offer candidate steps within the recruitment life-cycle (phone screen, interview scheduling, pre-onboarding and onboarding, and reference checks as needed) Use high discretion when assessing applicants' knowledge, skills, and experience to best suit open positions while utilizing a DEI lens throughout the recruitment lifecycle process In partnership with the talent attraction team, work to identify needs and execute campaign strategies for difficult-to-fill positions Provide guidance and consultation to Dutch Bros' hiring managers and serve as a talent advisor: Design and provide relational suggestions and expectations for working with applicants, candidates, and new hires Provide tools and resources to conduct a successful interview, hire, and onboarding experience Provide top sourcing strategies based on the position need and re-strategize as needed based on results Host "Recruitment Strategy" meetings with each hiring manager at the beginning of each recruitment life cycle Provide a bespoke and high level of communication and support to all hiring managers throughout the recruitment life cycle Adhere to federal, state, and local legislation while seamlessly managing the dynamic landscape of the recruitment market, diligently remaining attuned to its ever-evolving changes: Maintain accurate candidate data in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and generate reports to track recruitment metrics. Ensures compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and company policies Serve as an ambassador of Dutch Bros' mission and values in all candidate touch points, vendor relationships, and in public-facing settings, such as job fairs, networking events, and school visits Network and build relationships through professional development events such as conferences, webinars, and continuing education courses Attend webinars, read articles, etc. in order to stay current within the recruitment industry Skills

Bachelor's Degree in psychology, human resources, sociology, marketing or other related field or a minimum of four years of applicable Talent Acquisition experience or outside sales, required Excellent verbal and written communication skills Excellent interpersonal skills with good negotiation tactics Strong rhetoric when communicating to potential or current applicants. Familiarity with laws, regulations and best practices applicable to hiring and recruitment preferred Proficient with or the ability to quickly learn applicant tracking software or other recruitment systems This position requires driving, when necessary Physical Requirements
