Senior Scenario Desk Analyst
The Senior Scenario Desk Analyst reviews scenarios and advises loan originators, loan processors and underwriters on product and program guidelines under the supervision of the EVP of Capital Markets. Essential Duties and Measurements: Provides concierge-level customer service by managing the communications for the scenario desk, responding to questions accurately and in a timely manner. Manages said scenario desk ticketing system through Freshdesk. Analyzes the guidelines and communicates with investors to provide answers to loan originators, loan processors and underwriters. Conducts market surveillance on new products and investors to proactively present program opportunities to the EVP of Capital Markets. Maintains positive relationship with investors, fostering communication between Interlinc and account representatives. Subject matter expert on investor and agency guidelines, maintains up-to-date information and resources for the field, and update Capital Markets policies on the company intranet. Manages new investor/new product rollouts. Organizes and hosts product rollouts and refresher training sessions for the branches and other relevant departments. Creates training materials, ensuring they remain up to date. Acts as a resource for sales when assistance structuring loans with new or unique products is requested. Manages and completes various assigned projects, including special investor prod analysis projects. Writes and distributes pertinent news flashes to production. Conducts meetings and trainings in person or on video. Qualifications: Requires a high school diploma or G.E.D. and 10 to 15 years of relevant experience as well as thorough knowledge of investor and agency guidelines and state and federal regulations. DE/SAR/LAPP preferred. Additional qualifications include expertise in product development and guidelines. InterLinc Mortgage is an EEO company.
