You will balance strategic leadership with technical credibility, operational oversight, and team development.

Here’s what you’ll do:

Define and lead analytics strategy across accounts, ensuring alignment with client goals and commercial priorities.

Serve as senior analytics lead and trusted advisor to clients, influencing investment decisions through data-driven insight.

Translate business objectives into structured measurement frameworks with clear KPIs across paid, owned, and earned channels.

Lead analytics strategy in new business pitches and RFPs.

Present performance insights to senior client partners, stakeholders, and leadership in clear, commercially applicable narratives.

Craft compelling storylines that connect analytics outcomes to revenue growth, market share impact, and competitive advantage.

Develop and oversee advanced measurement frameworks across integrated campaigns, including digital, CRM, media, and offline programs.

Establish standardized methodologies, baseline metrics, and taxonomies; implement marketing mix modeling (MMM), multi-touch attribution (MTA), incrementality testing, uplift modeling, and geo-based experimentation.

Ensure rigorous QA processes, documentation standards, and governance protocols across analytics implementations.

Guide integration of media platforms, CRM systems, CDPs, ad servers, and third-party healthcare datasets into unified analytics environments.

Use SQL and Python and/or R to interrogate complex datasets and validate modeling approaches.

Advance AI and machine learning capabilities within the analytics practice in partnership with Digital and Technology leadership.

Lead, mentor, and scale a high-performing team of analysts and managers, encouraging both technical carefulness and consultative thinking.

Establish best practices and scalable frameworks to improve the analytics discipline across the organization.

Promote a culture of curiosity, accountability, and progress.

Monitor latest analytics tools, modeling techniques, AI applications, and marketing technologies.

Ensure Evoke remains at the forefront of healthcare marketing science and performance measurement development.
