The base salary range for this position is commensurate with work location, experience, skills, certifications, education, and prior accomplishments. The position may be eligible for additional compensation, including a bonus, commission and/or equity, as applicable.

Position Description PAR Technology is seeking a strategic, hands‑on Head of Marketing Enablement to build and lead two critical functions: internal team enablement and customer training. This role sits at the intersection of product knowledge, go‑to‑market strategy, and learning design — ensuring our sales, customer success, and account management teams are fully equipped to position and sell our restaurant technology solutions, while simultaneously empowering customers to get maximum value from our products through PAR Academy.

The ideal candidate is part curriculum architect, part content creator, and part cross‑functional collaborator — someone who can partner with Product Marketing to translate complex product information into compelling training, resources, and tools, and deliver them at scale using modern AI‑powered platforms.

What We’re Looking For

5+ years of experience in sales enablement, revenue enablement, customer education, or a closely related function

Proven track record building and scaling enablement or training programs in a B2B SaaS environment

Strong ability to translate complex product and technical information into clear, compelling training content

Experience working closely with Product Marketing to operationalize messaging and competitive content

Demonstrated experience managing an LMS or customer academy platform

Excellent cross‑functional collaboration skills with the ability to influence without authority

Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple programs simultaneously

Tools & Technology

ElevenLabs - AI voice generation for scalable, high‑quality training content production

Intellum - LMS platform for PAR Academy (customer) and internal training delivery

Gong - Conversation intelligence — surfacing knowledge gaps and informing enablement priorities

Salesforce - CRM integration for tracking certifications, enablement activity, and performance

Canva - Branded visual content for battle cards, enablement assets, and training materials

AI Tools (general) - AI‑native content workflows for scripting, narration, and scalable training production

Additional skills

Experience in restaurant technology, hospitality tech, or adjacent vertical SaaS

Familiarity with enterprise GTM motions including complex sales cycles and multistakeholder accounts

Prior experience managing or mentoring a team

Unleash your potential: What you will be doing and owning Internal Team Enablement Design and lead a scalable, ongoing training program for Sales, Account Management, and Customer Success teams, covering:

Product knowledge, positioning, and messaging across all restaurant technology solutions

Sales battle cards, objection handling frameworks, and competitive positioning — developed in close partnership with Product Marketing

New feature rollouts and product updates, ensuring GTM teams are informed and prepared ahead of each launch

New hire onboarding curriculum to ramp Sales, AM, and CS hires quickly and confidently

Ongoing reinforcement training to keep teams current as the product portfolio evolves

Partner with Product Marketing to

Consume competitive intelligence and win/loss insights developed by PMM, then package and distribute them in actionable, field‑ready formats

Align all enablement content with approved messaging, positioning frameworks, and go‑to‑market strategy

Co‑develop launch enablement plans for new products and major feature releases

Customer Training & PAR Academy

Own and manage PAR Academy — PAR's customer‑facing learning management system and training program

Develop and maintain a comprehensive library of customer training content including courses, certifications, how‑to guides, and product walkthroughs

Create structured learning paths tailored to different customer roles (operators, IT, managers) and product lines

Drive customer adoption and product proficiency through proactive training initiatives tied to onboarding and ongoing success motions

Measure and report on training effectiveness, completion rates, and the impact of training on customer outcomes and retention

Continuously update content to reflect product changes, customer feedback, and evolving best practices

Strategy, Operations & Cross‑Functional Collaboration

Establish and track KPIs for both internal enablement and customer training programs

Build a scalable content infrastructure using AI‑powered tools to produce high quality training materials efficiently and at speed

Collaborate with Sales leadership, CS leadership, and Product to identify knowledge gaps and prioritize enablement investments

Maintain a centralized, well‑organized resource library accessible to all GTM team members
