Summary This role sits at the intersection of commercial strategy, technical expertise, and relationship management within a dynamic and evolving energy market. Success depends on understanding the unique needs of OEM customers, navigating complex sales cycles, and delivering value-added new manufacturing and component repair solutions for Solar Turbines and other energy OEMs.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute strategy for Energy OEM accounts.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities with Energy OEMs.
Build and maintain strong relationships with OEM stakeholders.
Oversee revenue budgeting and forecasting for OEM customers.
Manage bidding activities and lead contract negotiations.
Strategic Focus Areas
Shape OEM growth strategy globally, translating market trends into actionable account plans.
Lead multi-year growth initiatives, integrating pricing, service capacity, and slot management.
Demonstrate technical expertise in Siemens and Mitsubishi turbines and related platforms.
Negotiate complex, multi-year agreements with disciplined risk and margin management.
Govern account performance, resolve escalations, and drive customer retention.
Optimize portfolio mix and pricing strategies, ensuring financial discipline.
Align sales operations with shop capacity, materials, and logistics to meet delivery and quality standards.

Qualifications
10–15+ years in MRO or aftermarket sales leadership
Strong technical background in Siemens and Mitsubishi turbines or similar platforms
Proven success in launching and scaling sales organizations for capital-intensive products
Expertise in managing strategic OEM relationships and securing major contracts
Proficiency in CRM, forecasting, pricing strategy, and KPI-driven performance
Global mindset with experience in cross-border and multi-market environments
The salary range for this position reflects a broad spectrum of experience levels. Individual compensation within the range is determined by multiple factors, including relevant experience, education, certifications, job related skills, internal equity, and market conditions. We evaluate each candidate individually to ensure fair and competitive pay decisions.
