TCWGlobal is hiring: Creative Advertising Producer in Culver City

We are seeking a Creative Advertising Producer to support A/V marketing campaigns for original entertainment content. In this role, you will help develop and execute creative advertising materials—including trailers, television spots, and digital and social media assets that promote premium streaming content across paid and owned media channels. This role requires a highly organized producer who can manage multiple projects simultaneously, maintain strong relationships with creative teams and external partners, and ensure all deliverables meet high creative and quality standards. The ideal candidate has experience in entertainment marketing and a strong understanding of current trends in digital advertising and media production. What You’ll Do Support the Creative A/V team in executing marketing campaigns for original entertainment content Assist in managing timelines, schedules, and campaign deliverables across multiple projects Track and coordinate work with external creative agencies and partners to ensure timely delivery of A/V assets Help oversee creative output to ensure quality and alignment with established campaign standards Assist with managing production schedules and budgets across multiple campaigns Develop and maintain strong working relationships with internal stakeholders and external vendors Support the creation and delivery of derivative A/V assets and custom spots for digital and social media platforms What You Bring 5–7 years of experience supporting creative campaign development, preferably within television, film, or entertainment marketing Experience managing multiple creative projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment Understanding of television, digital, social, and print advertising formats and production workflows Experience developing or managing A/V assets including trailers, TV spots, and social media cutdowns Strong organizational and project management skills Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional environments and maintain strong partnerships with creative teams and agencies A creative mindset with awareness of emerging trends in digital marketing and entertainment content TCWGlobal is an equal opportunity employer.
