Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering is required for this role.
- 10 or more years of engineering leadership experience in a medical device, automotive, or highly regulated plastics manufacturing environment.
- Demonstrated experience assuming responsibility for engineering activities across a multi-product line manufacturing environment.
- Experience managing teams responsible for implementing or sustaining manufacturing excellence and lean practices.
- Strong background in manufacturing process engineering.
- Demonstrated experience adhering to established Quality Management Systems (QMS).
