Responsibilities * Greet customers and discuss vehicle concerns * Write and manage repair orders * Communicate estimates and recommended repairs * Provides updates to customers on repair progress * Schedule appointments and coordinate with technicians * Process payments and close repair orders Qualifications * Strong customer service and communication skills * Organized and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment * Proficient with computers and basic office programs is a must * Automotive knowledge is a plus but not required
