CACI’s Digital and Enterprise Solutions (D&ES) Sector is seeking an experienced **ISP/OSP Architect** to design, implement, and maintain network infrastructure supporting both Inside Plant (ISP) and Outside Plant (OSP) environments. This role requires deep technical expertise in network engineering, cable plant design, power integration, and infrastructure implementation. The ideal candidate will provide technical leadership, oversee project teams, ensure compliance with U.S. Army requirements, and contribute to delivering secure, modernized network solutions across OCONUS Army locations.If you’re passionate about technological innovation, mission enablement, and advancing national security, we’d love to speak with you.**Responsibilities**

• Lead the survey, design, and implementation of fiber and copper cable plants, conduits, patch panels, power connections (in coordination with licensed electricians), and butterfly diagrams.

• Manage telecommunications projects varying in size, scope, and complexity; support the preliminary development of SPRIP; and oversee site surveys and documentation of existing ISP/OSP configurations.

• Approve SDPs and Final RIP; define testing requirements; and ensure compliance with all applicable standards, including the National Electric Code.

• Assist in developing IUID Marking Plans and procurement LOMs.

• Oversee deployment teams conducting surveys, installation, testing, QA, and pre‐implementation coordination.

• Approve engineering implementation plans, technical drawings, and perform quality checks to support safe, compliant work environments.

• Identify and resolve complex project challenges; support pre‐tests and acceptance tests; and ensure installations meet safety and environmental requirements.

• Supervise ISP/OSP engineers and subcontractors; lead major technical assignments; evaluate performance; and serve as a subject matter expert across multiple projects.

• Optimize resource utilization and implement scalable strategies to support evolving mission requirements.

• Maintain accurate documentation of configurations, processes, and troubleshooting procedures.

• Prepare system performance reports, identify issues, and recommend improvements.

• Troubleshoot complex issues and collaborate with cross‐functional teams to resolve incidents.

• Provide daily supervision and direction to technical staff.**Required Qualifications**

• U.S. citizenship with the ability to obtain a Secret security clearance.

• Willingness to travel up to 75% (CONUS and OCONUS).

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical field; Master’s degree preferred.

• Equivalent experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.

• 12+ years of experience as a Lead Wired Engineer or equivalent supporting large, complex networks.

• High school diploma or associate degree plus 15+ years of relevant experience may be considered.

• Strong analytical and problem‐solving skills.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.**Desired Qualifications**

• Active Secret security clearance.

• Experience in fast‐paced, mission‐critical environments.

• Experience supporting DoD network modernization efforts.

• BICSI RCDD certification.
