The Product organization at Monday.com operates at significant scale, encompassing a broad network of product analysts and managers working across diverse domains.
To fully unlock the potential of AI, this role will bridge innovation with execution — empowering product analysts to stay ahead of the curve while improving analytical efficiency, consistency, and business impact.
About The Role The AI Innovation Lead in Product Analytics will own the strategic and operational integration of AI across the analytics ecosystem.
This leader will be responsible for identifying and implementing next-generation AI solutions that enhance analytical workflows, strengthen self-serve capabilities, and scale insights across teams.
The role combines strategic vision, technical depth, and cross-functional collaboration, ensuring that AI innovation translates into tangible business value.
Drive AI innovation and adoption within Product Analytics - identify, evaluate, and implement cutting‑edge AI tools, models and techniques that improve efficiency and analytical impact.
Bridge analytics and technology, translating business and analytical needs into actionable AI and data solutions.
Collaborate cross‑functionally with Product, R&D, B and Data Product teams to ensure alignment of AI initiatives with organizational priorities.
Develop and maintain best practices for responsible, scalable AI use in analytics, ensuring standardization and quality.
Act as an internal evangelist for AI‑driven analytics – foster a culture of experimentation, learning, and innovation across teams.
Monitor and evaluate impact, continuously assessing the value and effectiveness of adopted AI tools and processes.
Your Experience & Skills
Proven record of driving data innovation at scale and influencing data or analytics strategy across multiple teams.
Vast experience as a Technical Analytics Manager, with ownership of analytics innovation or data infrastructure.
Hands‑on experience implementing or managing AI/ML solutions that enhanced decision‑making or analytical efficiency.
Strong technical understanding of data architecture, modeling and the analytical ecosystem, with practical knowledge with AI‑driven analytics tools (e.g., generative AI, LLMs, code assistants, etc.).
Exceptional collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to influence and align multiple stakeholders across Product Analytics, BI, and Engineering.
Technological curiosity and adaptability, with a demonstrated capacity for rapid learning and adoption of emerging tools and technologies, especially in AI.
