This is a full-time, on-site role in Troy, MI, for a Senior Loan Officer. The Senior Loan Officer will be responsible for managing all aspects of loan origination and underwriting processes, assessing client eligibility, and providing expertly tailored financial solutions. The role involves building strong relationships with clients, guiding them through the loan application process, evaluating and approving loan applications, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations. The Senior Loan Officer will work closely with other financial professionals to maintain exceptional customer service standards and support the company's mission. Qualifications

Proven experience as a Loan Officer or in Loan Origination, with a deep understanding of lending practices Strong background in Finance and Underwriting, with a commitment to regulatory compliance Excellent Customer Service skills and the ability to build and maintain lasting client relationships Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and decision‑making abilities Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or a related field preferred Proficiency with loan underwriting software and financial analysis tools Licensure or certification in mortgage or loan origination is a plus
