We’re looking for a
high-performing Commercial Sales Consultant
who wants to build a territory, develop long-term client relationships, and create recurring revenue.
Services Offered
Commercial Window Cleaning
Pressure Washing
Spider & Pest Treatment
Exterior Building Maintenance
Industrial Rope Access Services (lighting access, signage installation, façade inspection, banner hanging, etc.)
Responsibilities
Build relationships with property managers and decision makers
Identify opportunities
Create professional proposals
Close profitable service agreements
Compensation
$3,000/month base
8% commission up to $300K revenue
10% commission above $300K
2% residual income after year one
Mileage reimbursement or vehicle allowance
What Success Looks Like
$25K+ monthly revenue closed
Strong pipeline of proposals
Long-term commercial client relationships
Profitable projects (20%+ margin)
Qualifications
Mid-level B2B sales experience
Comfortable prospecting and cold outreach
Strong relationship builder
Self-driven and goal oriented
