We are looking for an energetic

Outside Sales Representative

to join our team in MASON, OHIO. Your primary mission will be to hit the pavement, identify new business opportunities, and provide custom visual communication solutions to local businesses. You’ll be helping our clients grow their brands through impactful signs, graphics, and print marketing.

Primary Responsibilities

Business Development:

Actively prospect for new accounts through cold calling, networking, and field visits within the Greater Cincinnati area.

Consultative Selling:

Meet with clients at their locations to identify their needs and recommend the best solutions, from indoor/outdoor signage to wayfinding systems and promotional print.

Proposal Management:

Prepare and deliver professional sales presentations, estimates, and bids that meet client specifications and budgets.

Relationship Management:

Maintain and grow existing accounts to ensure repeat business and long-term customer satisfaction.

Project Collaboration:

Work closely with our in-house design and production teams to ensure all client specifications are met and projects stay on schedule.

Qualifications & Skills

Experience:

Minimum 1 year of outside sales experience, ideally within the signage, printing, or advertising industry.

Communication:

Exceptional interpersonal and presentation skills; you must be able to "speak the language" of business owners.

Self-Motivation:

A "hunter" mentality with the ability to work independently and manage your own schedule effectively.

Technical Aptitude:

Ability to read basic architectural drawings or blueprints and perform simple site measurements is a plus.

Mobility:

Must possess a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for daily client visits.

Education:

High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree in Business or Marketing preferred.

Compensation & Benefits

Competitive Pay:

Base salary plus commission.
