This position coordinates all sales activities for a given geographic market segment. Taking direction from the Inside Sales Supervisor, the primary function of the role is the management of key customer order fulfillment activities. Duties & Responsibilities:

Manage all order fulfillment activities for DSG Canusa keycustomers Analyze customer requirements and prepare quotationsbased on current market conditions, product type, past markethistory, technical capabilities and the geographical marketsegment strategy Working closely with Regional Managers proactively targetand develop new business and markets to build DSG Canusamarket share Initiate cost requests and order expedites if required to ensureon time completion Track quotation trends and order success rates Marketing Support

Provide input to management to ensure proper strategicmarket direction and identify obstacles, competitive productsand pricing to determine our market competitiveness Execute channel management and promotional programsdesigned by management Gather and monitor potentially useful information foropportunities from any/all available sources Prepare and manage project bid/tender packages Customer Service

Process purchase orders from customers into ERP systemwhile managing order lead time requirements Facilitate customer requests and orders through Productengineering and production if required Review requests for warranty, return goods, credits anddebits, customer complaints and forward to CountryManager for approval Accurately invoice customers for all shipments that havebeen made as required Review and approve freight and brokerage bills Act as a back-up during vacation periods or as required Special Skills Required:

Community College degree

required Bachelor’s degree in Business, Arts, or Science
