Your mission We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Manager, Sales - Healthcare, to lead our new logo acquisition team. This role requires a strategic leader who can drive revenue growth through both commercial and enterprise sales channels within the healthcare sector. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of building high-performing teams and closing complex deals in the healthcare industry.

What you'll do at UiPath Team Leadership & Management

Lead, mentor, and develop a team of sales professionals focused on acquiring new healthcare customers

Set clear performance expectations, provide coaching, and conduct regular performance reviews

Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement

Sales Strategy & Execution

Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve new logo acquisition targets across commercial and enterprise segments

Identify and prioritize target accounts and market opportunities within the healthcare sector

Drive pipeline generation and management to ensure consistent revenue growth

Collaborate with marketing, product, and customer success teams to optimize the customer acquisition process

Revenue Generation

Own and exceed quarterly and annual new business revenue targets

Manage complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles with healthcare organizations

Negotiate and close high-value contracts with both commercial and enterprise healthcare clients

Maintain accurate forecasting and reporting on sales activities and pipeline health

Market & Industry Expertise

Stay current on healthcare industry trends, regulations, and competitive landscape

Understand the unique needs and challenges of healthcare organizations

Leverage industry knowledge to position solutions effectively and build credibility with prospects

What you'll bring to the team

7+ years of B2B sales experience, preferred healthcare, with at least 2 years in a sales management role

Proven success in new logo acquisition across both commercial and enterprise segments

Demonstrated ability to build, lead, and scale high-performing sales teams

Strong understanding of complex sales methodologies and consultative selling approaches

Deep understanding of the healthcare industry, including key stakeholders, buying processes, and regulatory environment

Consistent track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas

Excellent presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

travel 20%+, role open to location/remote

Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States for this role

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with healthcare IT, digital health, or healthcare services solutions

MBA or relevant advanced degree

Existing relationships within the healthcare industry

*may scale role to a Senior Manager for the right candidate
