Looking for a role where you can help people every day and build strong customer service skills? We're hiring a

Call Center Representative

to support credit union members across the country. In this role, you'll be the friendly voice members rely on-providing answers, resolving issues, and creating a positive experience with every interaction.

What You’ll Be Doing

Answer incoming calls and assist members with questions and concerns

Use internal systems to verify information and access account details

Respond to chats, emails, and messages in a timely, professional way

Help explain account features, transactions, and card‑related questions

Make outbound calls and follow up to ensure issues are resolved

Document interactions clearly and route requests to the appropriate teams

What We’re Looking For

High school diploma or currently working toward one

Previous call center or customer service experience is a plus

Strong communication skills and a positive, helpful attitude

Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast‑paced environment

Good problem‑solving skills and attention to detail

Comfortable handling confidential information

Basic Microsoft Office knowledge

A team‑oriented mindset

Salary: $15 - $16 per hour
