Real Estate Coordinator
to join our team at City Center in downtown Minneapolis.
This individual will work closely with and administratively support Ryan's Real Estate Management team. This will be an in office, full-time, Monday - Friday role with the potential to work from home one day per week.
Responsibilities
Communicate and work with external customers, subcontractors and tenants.
Coordinate tenant service requests.
Process property invoices on a regular basis for manager approval.
Process monthly rent statements and submit to tenants as required.
Assist with planning tenant appreciation events.
Track parking ramp, utility and supply usage amounts on a weekly/monthly basis.
Maintain and update Certificates of Insurance for service vendors and tenants.
Assist with lease administration and document storage.
Coordinate vendor access and compliance with building rules.
General administrative duties as required by team/department.
Qualifications
2+ years of strong administrative experience, with an interest in real estate management.
Strong organizational skills.
Basic accounting/financial knowledge.
Intermediate to advanced level of understanding with MS Word and Excel.
Working knowledge of Yardi, Concur, Angus, MS Teams, MS Office.
Experience in real estate management.
Minimum two years experience in property management.
Strong knowledge of property management billing and process software.
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to assist in the budgeting process with a good knowledge of accounting.
Able to train/mentor entry-level Property Assistant.
Demonstrated commitment to exceeding internal and external customer expectations.
Strong analytical skills; good mathematical aptitude.
Strong knowledge of property management terminology and processes.
Eligibility Position requires verification of employment eligibility to work in the U.S.
Compensation The base pay is $23.80 - $35.67 per hour ($49,500 - $74,200 per year). The base rate may vary within the anticipated range based on factors such as the ultimate location of the position and the selected candidate's knowledge, skills and abilities. Position may be eligible for additional compensation that may include commission and/or an incentive program.
