Assist the Property Manager with leasing and administrative functions of the property
Verify income eligibility and preferences of applicants, accurately computing family income
Prepare contracts, lease agreements, and housing assistance payment adjustments
Process rent payments, work orders, and purchases
Ensure compliance with federal regulations, Section 8, and tax credit guidelines
What is Required (Qualifications):
Customer service experience in a hospitality or customer-facing industry
Strong communication skills, both oral and written
Ability to perform accurate mathematical computations
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
Experience in low-income housing and tax credit programs preferred
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
Familiarity with Yardi software
Experience in tax credit evaluations, initial certifications, and recertifications
Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
