What Your Day Might Look Like on our Team
Bringing high energy to the office and creating a fun, welcoming environment
Touring apartments with future residents with confidence and excitement
Generating and monitoring future resident traffic, following up, and closing leases
Preparing lease documentation and completing move-in procedures
Monitoring closing ratios and daily leasing activity
Supporting marketing efforts (print & digital)
Partnering with maintenance team to ensure homes are market-ready
Responding to residents and ownership professionally and promptly
Reviewing reports to continuously improve leasing performance
This is a hands‑on, high‑visibility role where your personality and drive truly matter.
Who You Are
Experienced in
multi‑family leasing
(required)
150+ unit building experience preferred
Energized, outgoing, and naturally engaging
Highly professional in both communication and appearance
Confident closer with strong follow‑up skills
Comfortable explaining apartment features and overcoming objections
Proficient in MS Office (AppFolio a plus)
Team‑oriented but independently motivated
Spanish speaking is a huge plus!

Compensation & Incentives Hourly Range:
$23.00 – $25.00 DOE
Plus eligibility for weekly, monthly, and/or quarterly bonus programs based on performance. Compensation is based on experience, skills, business needs, and geographic location.
