Are you an experienced property manager with a strong background in HUD-assisted housing? Fairhaven Property Solutions is growing and we’re looking for a driven, detail-oriented professional to lead operations at a multifamily co‑op community in Chattanooga, TN.

The Role This is a full-time, on-site position responsible for the complete day-to-day management of a HUD-assisted multifamily co‑op. You will be the face of the community, the point of contact for residents, and the operational backbone that keeps everything running smoothly. We use AppFolio and Google Workspace to manage all operations, so comfort with both platforms is a must.
Responsibilities
HUD compliance, recertifications, EIV management, and regulatory documentation
Lease administration, tenant relations, and move‑in/move‑out coordination
Budget management, rent collections, and financial reporting via AppFolio
Vendor coordination, maintenance oversight, and property inspections
Leasing strategy implementation and Fair Housing compliance
Qualifications
Hands‑on experience in HUD‑assisted or affordable housing management
Proficiency in AppFolio and Google Workspace
Strong communication, problem‑solving, and organizational skills
A passion for serving residents and maintaining high‑quality communities
Prior multifamily or Section 8 experience (strongly preferred)
A bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred)
Compensation: $48,000 to $60,000 per year, based on experience
Schedule: Flexible shift of 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM or 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM, Monday through Friday
