Reports to : Regional Outside Sales Director & Global Marketing Manager

Objective We are seeking a driven, creative junior or senior-level college student majoring in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field to join our team as a marketing intern.

This is a hands-on, project-based internship designed to give students real-world experience in B2B marketing within a fast-paced, global industrial company. The intern will support our Marketing Specialist by promoting AIV, Gulf Coast Modification, and Adanac’s products and services to existing and prospective customers through digital marketing, social media strategy, and branded content creation.

This internship will provide hands-on experience utilizing Adobe Creative Suite Programs, specifically Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign, to create company brochures, informative documents, and social media posts. Additionally, this will include some market research and networking at industry events.

Duties and Responsibilities

Create and schedule 3-5 weekly social media posts across three companies.

Design brochures, one-sheets, email signatures, digital ads, and other branded materials using Adobe Creative Suite and Canva.

Assist in drafting and presenting marketing campaign ideas (digital, print, email signatures, and multimedia content).

Support video creation using tools such as “Edits” for reels and short-form video.

Conduct market research and competitor analysis to improve marketing strategy.

Help manage promotional inventory (hats, polos, koozies, palette pads, etc.).

Attend industry events and assist with booth setup and engagement.

Maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive company information.

Support other marketing initiatives as assigned.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Creative mindset with an eye for branding and visual consistency.

Strong organizational and time-management skills.

Analytical thinking and willingness to learn performance tracking.

Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite Programs (Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign).

Experience with Canva and social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok) preferred.

Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Self-starter attitude with eagerness to take ownership of projects.

Education and Qualification

Junior or Senior pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, Business, or a related field.

Strong interest in digital marketing, brand strategy, and B2B marketing.

Portfolio samples (class projects or personal work) are a plus.
