
Customer Service Representative

Responsibilities
Customer service representative working in a call center environment
Handling inbound and some follow-up calls
Answer calls and questions on prior authorization, general questions, and some confidential information
Provide great customer service with high-level attention to detail; enter information accurately
Measured on Quality and Accuracy; might range from 50–100 calls a day, depending on complexity
Utilize multiple systems and programs to track information and update communication with customers
Additional Skills & Qualifications
1 year of recent call center experience
Tenure of 1 year in a job
Candidates Must Have The Following
No jumpy resumes
At least a year of high-volume call center experience in the last 2–3 years
Typing at least 30 WPM
Computer knowledge and skills
Salary & Benefits The pay range for this position is $21.00 – $21.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
