Job Description The Technical Support Representative interfaces with customers via inbound/outbound calls and/or the Internet. This position provides customer service support and resolution of routine problems and questions regarding client products and/or services. Responsibilities

Provide inbound customer support.

Help customers resolve technical issues.

Assist in correcting billing concerns.

Deliver expert customer experiences with a smile.

Qualifications

18 years or older with a High School Diploma or GED.

Live within 40 miles of the site and be able to work your full shift in the office.

Utilize multiple systems on a PC throughout your day to day and must pass technical assessments to demonstrate those skills.

Benefits

The base salary range for this position is $18–$22.50/hr (pay rate will not be below the applicable minimum wage), plus incentives that align with individual and company performance. Actual salaries will vary based on work location, qualifications, skills, education, experience, and competencies.
