Answer inbound calls, chats, and emails to support customers with testing tools and uploads Handle overflow scheduling calls and troubleshoot Overnight Pulse Oximetry upload issues Process and validate test orders, physician updates, and faxed results Work in shared departmental queues and assist with cross-training as needed Provide exceptional customer and patient support while resolving data upload issues What is Required (Qualifications):

Minimum of 1 year of customer service or support experience High school diploma Proficiency in Excel and MS Office Excellent phone presence, attention to detail, and multitasking skills Knowledge of oximetry/sleep testing equipment is a plus How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):

Experience in a healthcare‑related customer service role Familiarity with troubleshooting technical support issues Strong communication skills and a service‑oriented mindset Ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced environment Commitment to delivering high‑quality customer experiences Employer Statement
