Position Purpose This position helps coordinate and implement the daily functions of the Noncash program as detailed by the Partner Relations Manager. General oversight and development of the Noncash Program including but not limited to the Heritage Giving Community. To create and implement standard operating procedures for the Noncash program. Help AWM leadership develop, plan and initiate strategies for the growth of the Noncash Program at Andrew Wommack Ministries. Coordinate all internal and external communications plus operations for home and away events. These will include Heritage Giving Community Events and Partner Appreciation Events or as directed by the Partner Relations Manager.
Essential Duties
Oversee and organize the daily operations of the Noncash Program.
Supervise and assist the Partnership Financial Planner with responding to and documenting Noncash callbacks.
Help facilitate gifts of physical items such as cars, jewelry, and precious metals through an outside vendor (iDonate) or internally through the Donation Center.
Be available on a time-sensitive basis during business hours to assist donors with in‑person donations of physical items and other partner visits as needed.
Coordinate with internal departments such as Cashier, Donation Center, and Accounting to process, record, and issue receipts for Noncash gifts.
Communicate with and assist donors with gifts of financial assets other than cash such as stocks, IRAs, Donor Advised Funds, and Charitable Gift Annuities.
Coordinate with the outside vendor, FreeWill, to assist donors in utilizing their free online estate planning tools.
Invite donors to join the Heritage Giving Community and provide additional information to potential members.
Work with outside parties such as financial institutions, executors, and estate attorneys to process the receipt of legacy gifts.
Work closely with the Partner Relations Correspondence Supervisor to develop and support a communication and correspondence program to communicate and pray with Heritage Giving Community members and Legacy Donors.
Provide input for the development of standard operating procedures for the Noncash Program.
Collaborate with other departments on the latest policies and procedures.
Oversee work processes and workflows for the Noncash Program.
Help develop, plan and implement strategies and ideas to increase Noncash giving.
Lead and document the assessment and improvements of the Noncash Program processes.
Work with the IT department to create better reporting of noncash giving through SE reports.
As needed make outbound calls to encourage and bless our partners.
Other duties, as assigned by the Partner Relations Manager.
Be a positive team player, uplifting and encouraging the Partner Relations Team.
Qualifications Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to deal with confidential information with proper security and discretion.
Ability to operate in discernment and wisdom.
Advanced data analysis skills.
Computer proficient with advanced Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint).
Ability to work independently and with others at all levels.
Self‑motivated and possess an attitude of excellence.
Great leadership, development, administrative, organizational, planning, and time management skills.

Requirements
Must have a personal relationship with Jesus Christ.
Must sign the Statement of Faith.
Associates degree or equivalent work experience/education is required.
Charis Bible College graduate is preferred.
Must pass all required checks.
Experience
Experience in leading and developing teams.
Minimum of 1 to 5 years of supervisory experience.
Two years’ experience in establishing processes, systems, and data analysis.
Previous Customer Service experience preferred.
Previous Prayer Ministry experience preferred.
Compensation is commensurate with experience.
