Job Overview A Family Office client is seeking an
Associate Director, Fund Finance & Corporate Accounting
to join the team. The team in Singapore is currently lean, and this role will be the key finance hire reporting directly to the CFO.
This is a broad, hands‑on role covering both corporate accounting and fund finance. You'll be responsible for end‑to‑end finance work including month‑end and year‑end closings, financial statements, budgeting, planning, and forecasting. The team is also in the process of implementing a new finance ERP system, so you'll have the opportunity to play a lead role in driving this project.
Responsibilities
Lead month‑end and year‑end closing processes.
Prepare and review financial statements.
Drive budgeting, planning and forecasting activities.
Coordinate the implementation of the new finance ERP system.
Qualifications
10+ years of relevant finance experience, ideally in large organisations and smaller buy‑side firms or family offices.
Strong technical skills in corporate and investment accounting, especially fund structures, fair value accounting, financial reporting, consolidation, treasury and FP&A.
Excellent communication skills, capable of working closely with and influencing key stakeholders across the business.
