Division: 1872 Properties Reports to: Sr Financial Account Manager-1872 Properties Job Status: Full-time, Non-Exempt Location: Denver, CO (or Remote) Position Summary:

The Account Manager oversees all accounts payable processes for 1872 Properties of Alpha Phi. This role requires an understanding of property management operations, financial processes, and compliance with accounting standards. The Account Manager will work closely with the property management team to ensure timely and accurate processing of invoices, payments and other financial transactions. Key Job Responsibilities:

Process and verify invoices, ensuring accuracy, proper documentation, and appropriate approvals on a weekly/bi-weekly basis, averaging 15-35 payments per client. Reconcile accounts payable ledgers to ensure all transactions are accurately recorded. Communicate with clients and vendors to address payment inquiries, resolve discrepancies and maintain positive relationships. Work closely with Property Managers and House Directors to manage A/P processes and review monthly financial reports with focus on actual results/performance versus budget. Maintain accurate and organized accounts payable records for audit and regulatory purposes. Issue monthly invoices to clients and manage the reception and processing of payments. Perform monthly bank account reconciliation for client’s PEX card transactions. Generate monthly reports and ensure any outstanding receipts are tracked and resolved. Support external audits by providing required documentation and information. Provide support to other employees during vacation or busy periods. Other duties as assigned. Position Qualifications:

Excellent oral, written and interpersonal communication skills. Strong knowledge of QuickBooks, MS Office (Word & Excel), Adobe. Functions effectively in a deadline-driven, results-focused atmosphere. Able to operate independently and quickly gain new expertise. Detail-oriented and accuracy-focused skills are mandatory Education and Experience

Minimum AA Degree or Equivalent work experience in Accounts Payable Property Management or Other Real Estate Experience preferred. Knowledge of Greek Organizations (Fraternities & Sororities) preferred. Physical Requirements:

Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer Must be able to lift 15 pounds at times Travel is less than 5% Benefits Provided:
