Position Summary Full‑time Sales and Revenue Coordinator supporting the Sales and Revenue teams from an administrative and customer service perspective. Responsibilities include lead development, responding to inquiries, and maximizing revenue opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

Provide full support and coordination services to the Sales and Revenue teams.

Understand hotel products and operations thoroughly.

Identify new contacts and develop sales leads.

Respond to sales opportunities to maximize revenue.

Seek up‑selling opportunities within the team.

Prepare various reports as required.

Monitor guest and customer satisfaction and resolve service issues.

Qualifications

Excellent organizational and administrative skills.

Positive attitude and strong communication skills.

Commitment to high level of customer service.

Confident telephone manner.

High level of IT skills.

Minimum of 1 year in an administrative role is advantageous.
