Sales Representative, Hydraulic Modernization

to join our team in

Portland, OR . In this role, you’ll be helping building owners and property managers upgrade aging hydraulic elevator systems to become safer, smarter, and more energy-efficient with our pre‑engineered solutions. You’ll own the sales process—from relationship‑building to contract close—and work with a collaborative operations team to bring upgrades to life. Whether you’re coming from construction, facility services, building tech, elevator or another B2B field, this is a chance to grow in an essential industry with long‑term career potential.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

Client Partnerships : Develop strong, consultative relationships with new and existing clients. Help them understand the value of modernizing their hydraulic elevator systems.

Sales Process Ownership : From prospecting and presenting bids to contract execution, manage deals from start to finish while meeting revenue and profit goals.

Growth : Identify leads, schedule calls, and convert opportunities to wins using TKE proven sales strategies and marketing tools.

Team Player:

Work side‑by‑side with the operations team visiting project sites to ensure successful delivery and a great customer experience.

Knowledge : Keep up with product updates, pricing, market trends, supplier information, and elevator code requirements to create the best solutions for clients.

Project Management : Take ownership from the sales process through installation including coordinating submittals, creating requested change orders, and ensuring client satisfaction and deadlines are met.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.

Minimum 1 year of business‑to‑business sales experience is required.

Strong attention to detail with proactive follow‑up skills.

Demonstrated success in a fast‑paced environment.

Outstanding ability to build and nurture relationships with customers, team members, and cross‑functional colleagues.

Excellent time management, organizational, and presentation skills.

Salesforce experience (preferred).

Ability to read and interpret architectural and/or blueprint/drawings (preferred).
