About This Internship This internship is a great fit for someone who likes organization, structure, and working behind the scenes to keep digital systems running smoothly. You'll help support the core operations of our marketing team by managing product data, organizing digital assets, and helping populate content for our new website.
While this is part of the Marketing team, much of the work is administrative and detail-focused. You'll gain real-world experience with the systems and tools companies use to manage content and product information - and you'll play an important role in making sure everything is accurate and consistent.
What You'll Be Doing You'll work closely with our marketing team to help with:
Entering and updating product information in our Product Information Management (PIM) system
Uploading, organizing, and tagging files in our Digital Asset Management (DAM) system
Assisting with content updates in our website CMS
Reviewing data for accuracy and fixing errors or missing information
Following file naming and organizational standards
Supporting larger content and data cleanup projects
Helping keep our digital systems organized and up to date
