Job Title: Sheet Metal Foreman
Job Description We are seeking an experienced Sheet Metal Foreman who will lead a crew of 5-10 members on-site, effectively managing and working alongside the team. This role involves being the primary point of contact for the general contractor and communication with the office, making you the go-to person on site.
Responsibilities
Read and interpret blueprints for layout.
Lay out work and order necessary materials.
Conduct safety meetings on-site.
Assemble, install, and repair sheet metal products such as ducts, control boxes, and furnace casings.
Use soldering and welding equipment to join sheet metal parts.
Inspect, assemble, and smooth seams and joints of burred surfaces.
Essential Skills
10+ years of duct work installation experience.
Experience as a Sheet Metal Foreman
OSHA 30 + SST Card.
Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints.
Experience with high-rise commercial projects.

Standard working hours are from 8 am to 5 pm, Monday through Friday, with occasional evening and weekend hours as needed.
Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of New York, NY.
Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $40.00 - $50.00/hr.
