Job Overview Our

Gutter Installation Technician

completes a variety of jobs such as gutter installation, repairs and other exterior related items for Bone Dry customers, providing exceptional service. Your primary responsibility is to represent Bone Dry Roofing, Inc with the highest degree of professionalism, punctuality, and integrity while providing our customers with respect, honesty, and the highest level of customer service.

Major Tasks and Key Responsibilities

Complete repairs and assist with installs for roofing and gutters.

Support Bone Dry field employees and subcontractors by collecting required material from distributors and delivering it in a timely manner to needed job sites.

Review lists and material purchase orders.

Photograph job site for customer updates.

Pick up and return materials to suppliers.

Keep track of receipts and invoices.

Final ground clean‑up of projects.

Maintain and organize all required documentation and vehicle.

Face‑to‑face interaction with customers.

Monitor stocked materials.

Maintain stock area keeping it clean and organized.

Meet with crews on projects to make sure they have everything they need.

Skills

General knowledge of roofing materials.

Excellent communication skills.

Ability to positively and professionally interact with co‑workers, the general public, contractors, vendors and Bone Dry Roofing clients.

First‑rate time‑management, organization, and attention‑to‑detail skills.

Problem‑solving skills.

Basic math skills.

Clean cut and good hygiene.

Tech‑savvy.

Adherence to all safety procedures and guidelines.

Ability to operate a box truck (no CDL required).

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent.

Valid driver's license.

Pass a background check.

Ability to lift 70–100 lbs.

Must be able to climb a ladder safely and work at elevated heights on roofs.

1–2 years Gutter Installation experience.

Must know how to change the gutter machine to different sizes.

Ability to travel occasionally.

Military service is a plus.

Compensation and Benefits

$25 per hour.
