Maintenance Director / Supervisor

Role Includes:

Building maintenance programs,

preventive maintenance , and repair coordination General daily repairs ( facility maintenance , doors, lighting, paint patching, etc.) Oversight of

HVAC systems, plumbing, electrical systems, fire safety systems, security systems, and elevator maintenance Generator compliance

and scheduling of routine maintenance NFPA compliance

and

Life Safety

standards, coordinating required service visits (monthly, quarterly, annually) You’ll Do Great as Our Maintenance Director / Supervisor Because You:

Have

healthcare facility maintenance

and

building operations

experience (preferred) Possess

plumbing and electrical troubleshooting

skills Have

carpentry and repair

skills Are experienced in using

maintenance tools Have knowledge of

NFPA codes
