Appointment Setter

What will you be doing?
Respond via email and phone to Internet Leads
Determine each customer's needs by asking the correct questions
Set appointments for service department and follow up to confirm
Ensure a positive customer experience
Introduce customers to service team
Enter customer information into CRM
Outbound and inbound customer phone calls.
Who are we looking for?
Customer-focused, energetic, and self-motivated
Experience in customer service, call center or retail sales
Dealership experience, a plus
Ability to handle heavy phone volume
Persuasive- knack for sales and customer service
Strong communication skills –verbal and written
Excellent computer skills
Highly organized with attention to detail

The expected pay range for this position is ($15.59 (Hourly+Commissions).
Actual pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and location. This position is also eligible for a variety of benefits, including health insurance coverage, an employee wellness program, life and disability insurance, a retirement savings plan, paid holidays, and paid time off (PTO).
