A growing real estate investment firm is seeking a motivated
Entry-Level Real Estate Financial Analyst
to join its team. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate or early‑career professional with a strong interest in real estate to gain hands‑on experience in financial analysis, investments, and portfolio performance.
Key Responsibilities
Assist with financial modeling and analysis for real estate investments
Support underwriting efforts for acquisitions and new opportunities
Analyze property‑level financials, including income, expenses, and cash flow
Prepare reports and presentations for internal stakeholders
Track portfolio performance and identify trends or variances
Collaborate with acquisitions, asset management, and accounting teams
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Real Estate, Economics, Accounting, or related field
0–2 years of experience (internships or relevant experience required)
Passion for real estate and investment analysis
Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail
Strong communication and problem‑solving skills
Required
Internship or coursework in real estate or investments
Exposure to tools such as ARGUS, Power BI, or similar
Familiarity with real estate concepts (NOI, cap rates, IRR, etc.)
