Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM On‑call availability required for facility needs Spring View Nursing & Rehabilitation is seeking a Plant Operations Director (Maintenance Director) to oversee the day‑to‑day operations of our Maintenance Department and ensure a safe, compliant, and well‑maintained environment for our residents and staff. This leadership role is ideal for someone who takes pride in their work, values accountability, and understands the importance of maintaining a healthcare facility to the highest standards. Oversee all building systems, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and general maintenance Direct and support maintenance staff and daily operations Ensure compliance with Life Safety Code and all federal, state, and local regulations Implement and manage preventative maintenance programs Coordinate repairs, inspections, and outside vendors Support emergency preparedness and facility safety initiatives Qualifications:
