Job Summary

Plans, directs, and monitors all activities and operations of the Phoenixville Hospital Facilities Management Department.

Maintains records for Joint Commission and other regulatory agencies having jurisdiction.

Oversees maintenance of Facilities Management vehicle fleet.

Maintains monthly operating budget information.

Assists System Director of Facilities in strategic initiative development and implementation.

Assists System Director of Facilities in development of General Capital and Life Cycle Costing budget plans as well as strategic initiatives.

Qualifications Education Requirements

4 year Bachelor's Degree - OR - combination of relevant education & experience may be considered in lieu of Bachelor's Degree

Certification and Licensure Requirements:

Certified Hospital Safety Professional (CHSP) or Certified Healthcare Facility Manager (CHFM) required at time of hire.

Experience:

Located in Phoenixville, PA, and a member of Tower Health, Phoenixville Hospital is a 144-bed facility that provides comprehensive medical services through emergency room visits, inpatient admissions, outpatient procedures and community outreach programs.
