What You’ll Do
Assist in the escrow process, including opening orders, preparing documents, disbursements, and follow‑up.
Communicate with customers throughout the escrow process.
Interpret agreements related to escrow closings.
Use technology to support transactions and deliver a strong customer experience.
What You’ll Bring

Detail‑oriented with a willingness to learn.
Team‑oriented and collaborative.
Proficiency in MS Office and ability to learn new systems.
High school diploma or equivalent.
2+ years of escrow‑related experience preferred.

Pay Range:
$20.31 - $27.09 hourly. This hiring range is a reasonable estimate of the base pay range for this position at the time of posting. Pay is based on a number of factors which may include job‑related knowledge, skills, experience, business requirements and geographic location.
