We're looking for someone who knows how to
connect quickly, build trust, and confidently guide people to the next step .
What You’ll Do
Follow up with warm leads who have already expressed interest (approx. 100+ calls daily)
Build rapport fast and make every client feel heard and valued
Ask the right questions to understand needs, motivations, and timing
Confidently guide clients to book their portrait session (at least a minimum of 30+ booked appointments weekly)
Overcome objections with professionalism and ease
Consistently hit and exceed booking targets

Strong phone presence and natural conversational ability
A client‑first mindset with attention to detail
Performance‑driven and motivated by goals and results
Comfortable guiding conversations and asking for commitment
Organized with solid follow‑up habits
Sales, customer service, or appointment setting experience required
