Personal / Executive Assistant to Celebrity
An entertainment personality in the comedy space is seeking a Personal / Executive Assistant to support both professional and personal needs in a fast-moving, highly dynamic environment.
This is a strong fit for someone who is proactive, discreet, calm under pressure, and excited to be in a hands‑on support role.
Location : New York City, primarily onsite in SoHo
Schedule : Typically 5 days/week in person
Hours : Generally Monday through Friday, 11:00 AM to 7:00 PM, with an expectation of flexibility outside normal hours as needed
Additional flexibility: Must be comfortable with a 24/7 mindset. There will be occasional evening and weekend requests, often handled by text rather than formal log‑in time
Compensation & Benefits
$70,000 to $100,000 base salary
Benefits stipend
2 weeks vacation

What the role involves
Managing calendars and scheduling
Handling email communication on behalf of the principal
Booking flights and building travel itineraries
Liaising with business contacts, representatives, and other high‑level stakeholders
Running errands and assisting with day‑to‑day personal needs
Coordinating meals, groceries, car service, reservations, appointments, and other logistics
Supporting household‑related needs as they arise
Assisting with pet‑related logistics
Helping with setup and coordination for additional properties as needed
Providing occasional support to the principal’s spouse/family on related logistics
Working closely with the principal’s Chief of Staff to keep everything moving smoothly
Ideal background
Prior experience in assistant work, personal support, entertainment, media, or a similar fast‑paced environment preferred
Strong discretion and ability to handle confidential information
Calm, composed, and able to operate well in moments of chaos or last‑minute change
Strong judgment and social awareness, including knowing when to ask questions and when to avoid interrupting
Proactive, trustworthy, and highly dependable
Strong written communication skills
Flexible and willing to jump into whatever is needed
No task too small attitude
Hungry, resourceful, and eager to be helpful
Additional notes This role supports someone with a busy public‑facing career and multiple active creative/business projects. The pace is expected to increase over time as touring and external commitments ramp up.
