Marketing & Events Internship

The Marketing & Events Intern will support the marketing team while gaining hands‑on experience planning and executing community events and promoting residential and commercial properties. This role is ideal for a student interested in marketing, event management, social media, and real estate development.

Interns will assist with summer event coordination, social media marketing, content creation, and property promotions.

Core Responsibilities 1. Event Planning & Execution The intern will help coordinate and manage summer community events.

Responsibilities may include:

Assisting with planning logistics for summer events

Coordinating vendors, entertainment, and supplies

Setting up and tearing down event equipment

Managing event check-ins or activity stations

Interacting with residents and attendees

Assisting with post-event recaps and analytics

1–3 evenings per week during peak event season

2. Marketing Support The intern will assist with marketing initiatives across multiple properties and communities.

Responsibilities may include:

Drafting social media captions and post ideas

Creating Instagram Reels or short‑form video content

Assisting with property marketing campaigns

Updating property websites or listings

Conducting competitive market research

Assisting with email marketing or newsletters

Helping prepare marketing materials for new developments

3. Content Creation The intern will help capture and create marketing content. Tasks may include:

Photographing apartments and amenities

Writing short promotional copy

Assisting with blog or website content

4. Administrative & Project Support The intern will support the marketing team with day‑to‑day tasks.

Organizing marketing assets

Preparing event materials

Assisting with marketing reports
