Responsible for managing, creating, editing, and publishing digital content within Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) to ensure high-quality web experiences. This role requires advanced expertise in AEM Sites and Assets, focusing on brand compliance, SEO optimization, and efficient content workflows.

Key Responsibilities

AEM Content Management:

Create, edit, and publish web pages using templates and components within AEM Cloud.

Asset Management:

Manage digital assets (images, PDFs, documents) in AEM DAM (Digital Asset Management).

Quality Assurance (QA):

Perform thorough QA checks on authored pages to ensure compliance with brand guidelines, design, SEO, and accessibility standards.

Workflow Coordination:

Manage content workflows, including translation, review, approval, and publishing processes.

Technical Optimization:

Implement SEO best practices and ensure correct metadata, tags, and alt text for all content.

Collaboration:

Coordinate with multiple publishing teams, developers, and marketing teams to implement site updates.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Experience:

5+ years of experience as an AEM Content Author or Publisher.

AEM Proficiency:

Deep hands‑on experience with Adobe Experience Manager, specifically with page authoring, components, and templates.

Technical Knowledge:

Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and responsive web design.

Soft Skills:

Strong attention to detail, excellent communication, and the ability to work under tight deadlines.

Digital Tools:

AEM Cloud, Digital Asset Management (DAM) and, ideally, Adobe Marketing Cloud products (e.g., Target, Analytics).
