To support our continued growth in Poland, we are looking for a

Key Account Manager

to join our Warsaw office.

About the role This position plays a key part in building and strengthening Karo’s commercial presence in Poland. You will be responsible for managing a portfolio of

key pharmacy chains, pharmaceutical wholesalers, and leading e-commerce customers , with a strong focus on the Polish market.

The role combines responsibilities across both

brick-and-mortar pharmacy channels and e-commerce platforms , reflecting the omnichannel nature of our business. While e-commerce remains a key focus area, the scope has been expanded to include selected traditional pharmacy customers as well.

Key responsibilities

Own and develop relationships with

key pharmacy chains and e-commerce customers in Poland

Drive

sell-in performance

and ensure strong commercial execution across accounts

Collaborate closely with Trade & Shopper Marketing to accelerate

sell-out and digital conversion

Manage a

mixed portfolio of offline and online customers , including pharmacy chains and omnichannel players

Act as the key interface between

brand strategy, customer needs, and execution

Support consistent growth across

both physical and digital sales channels

Work with existing customers (focus on

account development rather than new business acquisition )

Scope & structure

Focus on the

Polish market

Portfolio includes

major pharmacy chains and omnichannel customers with both retail and e-commerce presence

Reports directly to the

Head of Sales

3+ years of experience in

Key Account Management

Background in

pharma, consumer healthcare, or FMCG

(FMCG experience highly valued)

Experience managing

e-commerce customers and/or omnichannel accounts

Strong commercial mindset with experience in

account development and relationship management

Understanding of

pharmacy and/or mass market channels (e.g. drugstores)

is a plus

Ability to operate in a

fast-paced, evolving environment

Fluent in

Polish and English

(both written and spoken)
