Company Profile: Our client offers a technology platform for Banks, Credit Unions and Mortgage Lenders during the Appraisal process. Their technology integrates directly into lenders’ origination systems to manage the appraisal process, ensuring full regulatory compliance. They are expanding their inside sales team and looking for talented Account Executives to drive new business.
Job Description The Account Executive / Account Manager will be responsible for owning the full sales cycle from start to close within the Mortgage space.
Focus 100% on B2B new client acquisition, targeting lenders, credit unions, banks, and mortgage companies.
Maintain a high level of outbound prospecting, with a daily activity expectation of around 30 calls and an expectation of closing 7-10 new clients per year.
Manage and expand relationships with newly acquired clients for the first 18 months before handing them off to the client relations team.
Requirements
3+ years of new business sales experience, ideally with previous lending or mortgage industry experience, such as loan officers or mortgage brokers.
Candidates must bring strong operational excellence; know your sales metrics (quota, attainment, deal sizes, close rates) and demonstrate them.
Location This is an office-based role where candidates will be expected to report to a Troy, MI office daily.
