The team plays an important role in the execution of the ILI business unit’s strategic objectives.As part of the US STAT and risk management responsibilities, the ILI Actuarial Cashflow Projections Team is a 5-member team responsible for executing liability cash flow projections supporting asset adequacy testing (AAT), setting of portfolio reinvestment strategies, and monitoring insurance risk and is seeking a candidate for a Senior Actuarial Associate role.The current employee work arrangement for this position is Hybrid and requires your on-site presence on a reoccurring basis as determined by your business. Your manager will provide additional details relative to the specific number of days you are expected to be on-site.**What to expect:*** Prepare liability cash flow projections supporting AAT, sensitivity testing, portfolio management, insurance risk management, and liquidity stress testing and assess reasonability of the results.* Prepare other deliverables and key inputs, such as reserve true-ups, scenario files, inforce data validations, and post-model adjustment tools* Provide support for the annual assumption update process, primarily using AXIS and also utilizing Polysystems* Provide documentation and testing support of model changes and model reaffirmations* Other responsibilities as assigned**What you'll need**:* 2+ years of actuarial experience* Dedication to completing work in a timely and accurate fashion* Strong technical skills in SQL* Basic experience in AXIS* Excellent verbal and written communication/presentation skills**It’d be a plus if you had**:* ASA* Familiarity with results analysis tools like PowerBI* Experience working in a production environment with tight deadlines and competing prioritiesPrudential welcomes all applicants, even if you don't meet every requirement. The salary range for this role is from $96,200.00 to $158,800.00.
