What we’re looking for This is an exciting opportunity to join a fast-paced and growing organisation.

We’re looking for a Harm Reduction Senior Practitioner for our Via Harrow service.

Responsibilities As Harm Reduction Senior Practitioner, you will provide visible, effective harm reduction leadership, interventions and promotion within the service. You will build strong relationships with key stakeholders including GPs, sexual health, housing, mental health, and others to support increased access to harm reduction interventions for Harrow residents.

You will be responsible for developing and advancing delivery of care in this senior practitioner role, helping people rebuild their lives, reconnect with their family and friends, return to work or education, and more.

Qualifications We are looking for an experienced practitioner with a passion for harm reduction who is capable of leading, communicating effectively, staying calm under pressure, listening well, staying curious, and making a difference.
