Team Overview The Investor Relations “IR” Operations team acts as centralized hub that sits at intersection of capital raising, investment team support, and essential operational functions, driving the success of our organization’s fundraising and client engagement efforts. Acting as a strategic connector, this team orchestrates the flow of critical information through the production of marketing collateral, due diligence materials and requests, project management and internal reporting to ensure seamless collaboration between internal stakeholders. Through proactive anticipation of investor needs and streamlining complex processes, the IR Operations team aims to empower our capital raising initiatives and enhance the overall client experience by crafting accurate, timely, and impactful communication.

Position Description The Associate Director will be an integral part of the Private Markets Investor Relations Operations team, led by the Managing Director, Head of Investor Relations Operations. In this high-impact role, you will be at the forefront of supporting our Investor Relations team and driving fundraising initiatives across both North American-focused Real Estate Equity and Real Estate Credit strategies. Based in Los Angeles, Boston, New York or Toronto the candidate will thrive in a collaborative environment, gaining visibility to top‑tier investment teams in a fast‑paced capital raising environment. Responsibilities Leadership & Real Estate Strategy Expertise

Provide senior day-to-day leadership within Investor Relations Operations team, fostering collaboration, reinforcing best practices, and ensuring disciplined execution across concurrent fundraising and client deliverables.

Apply strong working knowledge of private real estate strategies—including Core, Core‑Plus, Value Add, Opportunistic, and Real Estate Credit—to support positioning, investor engagement, RFP and RFI submissions, competitive analysis, performance summaries, and real‑time diligence discussions.

Work with the Private Markets and Real Estate team in a collaborative environment to create a best‑in‑class Investor Relations platform and program with a client‑first philosophy.

Marketing Content Creation & Management

Lead and own the end‑to‑end development and ongoing maintenance of core marketing and client-facing materials, including pitchbooks, factsheets, case studies, track record narratives, and meeting presentations, with a high bar for accuracy, consistency, and timeliness.

Coordinate content development and logistics alongside the broader team for the Annual Investor Conference and other investor events, partnering with IR and investment teams to produce polished, decision‑useful presentation materials and client‑facing experiences.

Due Diligence Materials & Investor Information Requests

Partner with Proposal Services to manage completion of Real Estate RFPs, RFIs, and DDQs, and ensure inputs are well-sourced, compliant, and aligned with consistent messaging.

Respond to recurring and ad hoc investor requests by leveraging product knowledge and internal information systems; synthesize complex inputs into clear, investor‑ready responses.

Partner with Distribution and Investor Relations to maintain virtual data rooms.

Lead the logistics in production of investor forums, quarterly calls, and internal/external formal and informal updates.

Project Management & Cross-Functional Coordination

Serve as a project manager across Investments, Finance, Legal, Compliance, Product, Risk, Sustainability, and other functional partners to ensure timely delivery, thorough reviews, and quality control of all investor materials and diligence outputs.

Identify opportunities to improve scalability and execution (e.g., templates, content libraries, intake workflows, review checklists) and implement enhancements to streamline IR operations.

Strong ability and/or track record in working across cross‑functional teams to deliver projects and outcomes on time.

Work across the broader Private Markets IR platform to recommend and adopt best practices for the real estate platform’s evolution.

Content Governance & Reporting

Contribute to quarterly fund/client reporting and support internal reporting requests for senior leadership, providing clear, reliable updates on fundraising activity, capital deployment, performance, deliverables, and investor engagement.

Salary range is expected to be between $92,475.00 USD - $160,290.00 USD

Employees also have the opportunity to participate in incentive programs and earn incentive compensation tied to business and individual performance. The actual salary will vary depending on local market conditions, geography and relevant job‑related factors such as knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience, and education/training.
